Setup wasn't particularly intuitive but it worked. No problem with the actual card. Not very expensive.

I purchased a discounted sim which got disconnected on the committed date but still the customer support went out and beyond to support me with the fastracking new activation and processing refund for unused days on previous.

I had 2 days stopover in Singapore and decided to get a local e-SIM so I had data when walking around (useful for maps, ordering cars, calling restaurants etc). Was working when I arrived and had plenty of coverage everywhere I went. My only issue at one point my phone said I was now roaming (I had turned off my Australian SIM) but I saw that the phone thought it was connected to a Hong Kong provider. I turned on data roaming and everything worked again. No idea why it decided I was in Hong Kong when I was in Singapore but didn't matter in the end. Great service I'll use again.
